NBC’s Chuck

“CHUCK” WILL NEVER BE ON YOUR IPOD!

To the dismay of a few misguided consumers, NBC will no longer be selling its TV shows via iTunes.Contractual disputes will put an end to NBC’s complete iTunes catalog starting in December, but the network wont offer any of its new fall programming at all. Current content on iTunes will remain on the site until the contract expires.

Initially, Apple said they would not renew the contract because NBC was demanding $4.99 per episode, as opposed to the already overpriced standard of $1.99. NBC disagrees and is pointing to stubbornness from Apple, who purportedly wont allow them to package films and TV shows to their liking.
